Store Policies

• Since we cannot possibly stock everything, we will be glad to place special orders. However, since most companies do not break bags, we require a minimum of one bag (10 skeins) per order, unless otherwise stated. If we carry the yarn but not the color, this minimum will not apply.
  
  
• Gift certificates are available at the Stitching Bee.


• We will answer any e-mail inquiries within two days of receipt.


• We accept MasterCard/Visa, personal checks, and money orders. If a personal check is sent, the order will not be shipped until the check clears.
  
  
• Freight charges will be included in the final total. Shipping will be priority mail unless purchaser requests UPS.
  
  
• Store credit will be given for returns made within 90 days and accompanied by a sales slip. Special orders, books, needles and needlepoint yarns are not returnable. Kits that have been opened are not returnable.


• Birthday cards cannot be used during sales.
